
How Does In-Room Nanny Work?
The Magical Nanny will arrive at your hotel or resort room with age-appropriate toys, coloring books, games, activities and can take the kids to the pool.
PLEASE NOTE: While water activities are permitted. We don’t give the children baths.
Your Reservation
When you book a date and time. You are responsible for paying for the full duration of the booking, even if you do not use all of the hours.

Your nanny starts at the time you booked for that day.
PLEASE NOTE: That you need to let your nanny know if you are running late returning for the day; and if you are late 15 minutes you will be charged for the amount of time you are late.
What Makes The Magical Nanny Service Different Then Other Childcare Services?
The price is all included from 1 to 5 kids.

We don’t charge for extra for additional children and pets.

We don’t have extra fees.
Examples: transportation, holidays, early and late start time.

We can go swimming with the kids.
What If The Day I Need Is Booked?
We recommend looking for a new date that would be available for your needs.
Also, we do have a wait list available online that will be in the order of request.
Reservations
We do all our booking online.
We are available 7 days a week.

You can chose the amount of hours you need for the day.

You can make multi-day bookings.

We recommended to book when you have an idea of what date and start time you need. A great time to do this is at your 60-day reservation booking window.

Cancellations require a 24 notice.

Do I Need To Provide A Meal?
When a reservation is 6+ hours a meal should be provided for the child and nanny.
All In-Room Reservations
You are required to have the front desk make an extra key for your nanny. And they will return the key when finished for the day.
Can We Book For Multiple Families?
Yes, You can book 1 reservation for up to 5 children from any family.
PLEASE NOTE: When traveling with other family we recommend asking the Resort for connecting rooms.
Theme Parks and Transportation
You are required to purchase a ticket for your nanny. And parking fees must be reimburse to your nanny.

When using transportation to a park the nanny cannot be in your private vehicle. Shuttle, chartered transportation, taxi, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios transportation service is acceptable.
Pet Care Policy
Please provide the following for your pet: Food, water, leash, and toys. Please make sure your pet is new people friendly.
Cancellation Policy
You must cancel by E-Mailing TheMagicalNannyLLC@Gmail.com
You will get a full refund excluding your deposit if you cancel before 24hr by e-mail.
When you cancel less than 24hr you only be charged the 2hr minimum payment. And you will be refunded the remaining portion that you paid in advance.
