To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience, especially when traveling with other families, we recommend requesting connecting rooms at your resort. This arrangement helps keep the children close and makes drop-offs and pick-ups more convenient, allowing adults to relax and enjoy their time with peace of mind while The Magical Nanny takes care of the kids.
When The Magical Nanny is caring for your pet, please provide essential items including food, water, a leash, and toys to ensure your pet’s comfort and safety. It is important that your pet is friendly with new people to facilitate a smooth and positive interaction. By supplying these necessities and confirming your pet’s temperament, The Magical Nanny can offer attentive and responsible care.
The Magical Nanny will arrive at your hotel or resort room with age-appropriate toys, coloring books, games, activities and can take the kids to the pool.
PLEASE NOTE: While water activities are permitted. We don't give the children baths.
Booking with The Magical Nanny is simple and fully online, available 7 days a week to fit your busy schedule. You have the flexibility to choose exactly how many hours you need for any given day, whether it’s a single day or multiple consecutive days. We recommend planning ahead and making your reservation when you have a clear idea of your preferred date and start time—ideally within our 60-day booking window—to secure your spot. Please note that cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice to avoid any fees. With these easy, flexible options, The Magical Nanny is here to give you peace of mind while you enjoy your time away!
When The Magical Nanny accompanies your children to theme parks such as Walt Disney World or Universal Studios, you are required to purchase a park ticket for your nanny in addition to those for your children. Additionally, any parking fees incurred must be reimbursed to the nanny.
For transportation to the parks, The Magical Nanny cannot ride in your private vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with our policies. Acceptable modes of transportation include shuttle services, chartered transportation, taxis, and the official transportation systems provided by Walt Disney World and Universal Studios. These guidelines help maintain a professional and secure environment, allowing you to enjoy your time while ensuring your children are well cared for.
At The Magical Nanny, for the safety and convenience of both families and nannies, you are required to have the front desk make an extra key for your nanny before their visit. This key allows them secure access to your hotel room and ensures a smooth childcare experience. Your nanny will return the key immediately after their shift is completed each day. This policy helps maintain security while providing trusted and reliable child care you can count on.
To cancel a scheduled booking with The Magical Nanny, you must send an email to TheMagicalNannyLLC@Gmail.com. If you cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, you will receive a full refund minus the deposit paid at booking.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged for a minimum of 2 hours of service, and any additional amount you paid in advance will be refunded. This policy ensures fairness while allowing flexibility for last-minute changes.
At The Magical Nanny, all payments must be completed before the nanny arrives to provide care. This ensures a smooth and professional experience without any interruptions during the child care session. If you prefer to pay by cash, prior arrangements must be made directly with the nanny, and payment is required before the start of the sit. This policy helps maintain clear communication and a seamless service, allowing you to focus on your plans while we take care of your children.

When you book a date and time with The Magical Nanny, you are responsible for paying for the full duration of the booking, even if you do not use all of the hours reserved. Your nanny will begin care exactly at the time you have scheduled for that day, so it is important to coordinate accordingly.
Additionally, if you anticipate being late when returning, you must inform your nanny as soon as possible. Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the additional time beyond the original booking.
This policy ensures that we can provide reliable and professional care while respecting the nanny’s time and schedule.
The price is all included from 1 to 5 kids.

To assist with this, we maintain an online wait-list that operates on a first-come, first-served basis. By joining the wait-list, you can secure a priority position in case of cancellations or openings for your requested dates. This system ensures fair and organized access to our services while helping you plan your child care needs effectively.
For reservations lasting six hours or longer, The Magical Nanny requires that a meal be provided for both the child and the nanny. This ensures that everyone stays energized and comfortable throughout the extended care period.
We recommend planning ahead to have suitable meals available onsite to maintain a positive and attentive childcare experience. This policy reflects our commitment to the well-being of your child and our professional caregivers during longer engagements.
